Kim Manning -- Has the ability to make people say "Whoa! How awesome was that?" Aside from being the lead singer and one of the founding members of Voodoo Carnival, Kim is involved with music in many ways. She is part of Band Together, a musical experience that raises money for Fairfield County charities. When she's not rockin' and rollin', Kim can also be found belting out some soulful gospel music as a soloist with the Good News Gospel Choir. Kim, an accomplished pianist who promises to someday knock out some soulful keys on a Voodoo Carnival song, is also a singer in the band Butch Taylor and the Penetrators.
Jay Newland -- (center right) A veteran (and oh BTW Grammy-winning) record producer, Jay enjoys playing out simply for the sake of playing live music. With countless producing credits to his name -- including Norah Jones, Pat Metheny, and Charlie Haden to drop just a few names -- Jay is the reason why the unusual, two-rockin'-guitar configuration works for the band. His smokin' chops and great ear make him a vital part of the Voodoo Carnival sound. And despite all his musical successes, he's just a normal, down-to-earth guy who just happens to be a Rock Star in his own right.
Dave Rauh -- (center left) Dave is one of two Westport natives in the band (Kim being the other). He has drummed on stages and in clubs all over the tri-state area and in Florida. While studying applied percussion at The University of South Florida, Dave met and performed with pop-jazz pianist/vocal stylist Dick Rivers. He has performed at such known locations as Toad's Place, The Grotto, and the New Haven Green. Dave is a great vocalist as well.
Kevin McPadden -- (far right) A native of Fairfield County, Kevin plays bass and sings and is the newest member of the band. When not strapped into a Fender bass guitar, you can find Kevin fighting crime as one of the City of Fairfield's finest. Can you say "hand cuffs"?
Levi E (Ron Eagar) -- (far left) The other founding member of the band, Levi plays guitar and sings and is originally from Tucson, Arizona. First and foremost a singer/songwriter, Levi was recently described by Fairfield County Weekly's Jim Motavalli as "a damned fine guitarist and songwriter whose songs, once you hear them, feel like you've known them forever..." See www.LeviEBand.com for details on Levi's other musical endeavors.
